These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by AIPOS LAB INC. ("AIPOS LAB", "we", "us"), including the Carte POS point-of-sale and online ordering platform. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Accounts and access credentials are your responsibility to keep confidential.
SMS messaging terms
- Program: AIPOS LAB INC. (Carte POS) transactional and account alerts — order confirmations, order status updates, digital receipts, and operational or account notifications.
- Message frequency: varies by order and account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages.
- Help: Reply HELP, or contact info@aiposlab.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Fees and billing
Subscription fees, transaction fees and hardware terms are set out in the agreement between AIPOS LAB and each merchant. Fees are payable in accordance with that agreement.
Intellectual property
The Carte POS software, the AIPOS LAB name and logo, and all related materials remain the property of AIPOS LAB INC. and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIPOS LAB is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
